A comprehensive government application that consolidates access to all government services into a single platform. The project aimed to create a seamless user experience by integrating various related services, simplifying the process of government applications. Key design principles focused on enhancing usability and streamlining interactions to improve efficiency and accessibility for users across the Middle East. The result was a unified digital solution that significantly improved the convenience of accessing and managing government services.

By understanding customer and stakeholder needs, a digitized experience was designed to streamline processes for the National Bank and its customers. The project focused on three key streams: licensing, customer protection, and supervision. Through interviews and workshops, pain points and needs were identified, leading to opportunities for simplifying and digitally enhancing customer engagement. A total of 16 future-state journeys with 75 concepts were developed to ensure minimal effort and high business value, helping the National Bank achieve its aspirations.
Transforming Dialogue on Sustainability via the Metaverse

A metaverse world for an oil and gas client, showcased at WEF 2023, creating a collaborative experience that used immersive video and sound to mirror real-world locations. The project featured three environments and 11 zones, emphasizing the client’s sustainability initiatives and fostering collaboration. Visitors experienced a journey through connected virtual worlds, including the Shaybah Oil Field and the Mangrove Eco-Park, across six interactive environments. The metaverse served as a communication channel to exchange data, ignite citizenship, and engage future global influencers on sustainability.
Connecting African Farmers to the Global Market

An agricultural supply chain platform that facilitates procurement and last-mile aggregation services for agro-processors, manufacturers, importers, and distributors globally. Conducted a product iteration workshop with the client to assess and enhance the app's user experience. Through user interviews and journey mapping workshops, identified key areas for improvement. These insights led to the integration of new features and refinements, optimizing the platform's functionality and usability. The iterative process ensured that the platform effectively met the needs of all stakeholders and improved overall efficiency.
Creating the future of visitor experience

The goal was to design a rich visitor experience for the National Museum, enhancing the Emirati story and fulfilling its vision through integrated service, digital, and spatial interactions. Collaborating closely with the internal team, 18 visionary concepts were co-created to bring the visitor journey to life. Spatial posters and interactive journeys were developed to showcase the future experience for four key personas: the UAE citizen, the UAE resident, the student, and the tourist. This approach aimed to elevate the museum experience for each distinct audience.
Creating opportunities for the underprivileged

The project focused on understanding the dynamics of NGOs, the coffee industry, and the challenges faced by women in Kenya. During the discovery phase, a comprehensive design solution emerged through in-depth research and immersion in the NGO sector. Stakeholder and beneficiary interviews provided insights into societal conditions and cultural norms. A two-entity structure was proposed, combining an accelerator and a co-operative to boost skills and autonomy. The design also featured an impact model and beneficiary experience journey, aimed at delivering measurable outcomes and guiding future operations.
